How does it work?
We will work with you in the preparation of the workshop to maximise and personalise the benefit of those attending
- Each team member completes a questionnaire to generate their personal report.
- In the workshop your team explores how C-me associates colours with behaviours and begin to harness the value from their C-me reports.
- The reports are explored in a face to face or virtual workshop with individual reflection and interaction with each other.
- Following the C-me Sales & Influencing workshop explore our other workshops that would add value to your team.
Each member of the group will receive a C-me High Performance Influencer Report and a set of Colour Energy Building Blocks as part of the package.
If you have already receive a C-me High Performance Plus Report we can upgrade this to C-me High Performance Influencer Report.
The workshop can be tailored to your specific needs in terms of content, aims and length of time. Our preference is a full day and can tailor this to a specific number of hours depending on your particular circumstances.
We offer each delegate a one hour 1:1 Profile Feedback / Debrief as an extra investment. This can be extremely useful in promoting further reflection and development work.
