Is the Change Workshop right for your team?

It’s for teams wanting to reach and sustain a place of high performance. The workshop will focus on how to maximise engagement in order to lay the foundation necessary to handle change effectively. It is a great session for teams that are functioning well but want to get even better or for teams that are struggling and want to address the issues.

We look at qualities in high performing teams: Commitment, Flexibility, Honesty and Resilience. We use them to facilitate discussions around how to best handle setbacks and change.

How does it work?

We will work with you in the preparation of the workshop to maximise and personalise the benefit of those attending

  1. Each team member completes a questionnaire to generate their personal report.
  2. In the workshop your team explores how C-me associates colours with behaviours and begin to harness the value from their C-me reports.
  3. The reports are explored in a face to face or virtual workshop with individual reflection and interaction with each other.
  4. Following the C-me Foundation workshop explore our other workshops that would add value to your team.

Each member of the group will receive a C-me High Performance Plus Report and a set of Colour Energy Building Blocks as part of the package.

The workshop can be tailored to your specific needs in terms of content, aims and length of time. Our preference is a full day and can tailor this to a specific number of hours depending on your particular circumstances.

We offer each delegate a one hour 1:1 Profile Feedback / Debrief as an extra investment. This can be extremely useful in promoting further reflection and development work.
